Much Fun, Much Steak, Had at First Annual "J to Steakers"

Sacramento, CA (May 21, 2006) -- Timed to coincide with San Francisco's Bay to Breakers race, Sacramento's much shorter "J to Steakers" was a great success.

Over a dozen participants came to Mid-town Sacramento on a drizzling spring day to run, jog, or walk the half mile from the headquarters of the race's organizer, Minnick Web Services, to La Fiesta Taqueria. At the Taqeria, participants enjoyed steak tacos (aka "steakers").

Although there were no timers or judges, the winners of the race claim that it was a 4-way tie and that the winning time was approximately 7 minutes.
